HYPNOSIS AND BODY LANGUAGE

Workshop: reading and utilization of body language in everyday life and in Hypnosis

Who is it for?
Those who have attended at least to the first level of Hypnosis at our Institute.

Exercises will aim to:

- Develop external attention competences
- Learn how to analyze macro-movements, micro-movements, proxemics
- Train sensory perception
- Identify the main expressive modalities of the interlocutor
- Recognize voluntary and involuntary body signs
- Identifying relaxation and tension body signs during everyday life
- Learn how to read specific Trance signs
- Recognize emotional variations of the interlocutor while he is in trance
- Develop internal attention competences (identify what sensations and mental images contribute to the attribution of meaning during observation)
- Deepen the concept of utilization in Ericksonian Hypnosis
- Train to the use of non-verbal communication to orient the interlocutor’s mood while he experiences Hypnosis
