Clinical Psychologist. She also graduated in Arts, course of studies Communication Techniques, at the University of Turin. She is an internationally certified Neuro-Linguistic Programming Master and she specialized at the School of Communication and Strategic Problem Solving, lead by Giorgio Nardone and at the Milton Erickson Institute. She specialized in the evolution of change processes, focusing especially on communication and relational dynamics that can be observed between people, inside groups and organizations and providing training activities and individual counseling. The theoretical background of her work includes the research conducted by Watzlawick’s group in Palo Alto, Systemic theory, NLP, Milton Erickson’s indirect language techniques, the Strategic approach to human problem solving and the Psycho-social interpretation of organizational dynamics. She is director of the Milton H. Erickson Institute of Turin.
