The course was practical and experiential; I liked how classroom environment  was managed and how the group was created. Topics were discussed precisely and gradually, leaving to participant the time to learn and absorb alla concepts. Good timing in group management and  excellent learning modes. There is nothing to improve. The secretary office offered a quick response too. Thanks!
