ORGANIZATIONAL DEVELOPMENT

Companies are complex organizations in which personal and, above all, group  and professional families dynamics  interact.
Each group or professional family has its own values, identity and culture.
 
SINAPSI SRL helps companies to identify and/or re-interpret the ORGANIZATIONAL CULTURES that are present inside their own contexts. Our working hypotheses aim to give space to these cultures and to the potential of those who follow them, in order to find communicative solutions that can help relationships between people within the group and between groups.
 
In that sense specific solutions are provided in order to, for instance, DEVELOP WORKGROUP MANAGEMENT and LEADING SKILLS. Specific interventions are provided in order to re-think the LEADER AS AN INTERNAL COACH and to make present experiences and abilities visible and usable through COURSES TO TRAIN TRAINERS.
