SINAPSI SRL proposes training programs which, building from the specificity of each group and of the individuals that form it, focus on communicative, relational and team related issues in order to promote optimal integration of all resources involved.
Our training activities can be useful both to groups of individuals who, for specific reasons, manage or participate to teamwork and to teams who wish to improve their performance.

By reading his/her own personal profile, each participant will develop greater awareness of his/her way to relate to teamwork, to his/her way to express both leadership and membership.
Furthermore, interpretations will be discussed in order to recognize and improve the team’s resources.
