I am a cognitive psychologist and psychotherapist. I attended the hypnosis courses at the Milton H. Erickson Institute of Turin a couple of years ago.
I immediately appreciated its experiential nature that allowed me to directly experiment what I was learning on myself.
That’s how I discovered that hypnosis is not only made by mere techniques; it is a true method to explore the reality around us. This approach allows me to actively, dynamically and uniquely relate with others, to listen in order to understand and to build a general theory that is able to contain and give back meaning to every single story, to every single life. Using a metaphor, it is like the dressmaker that creates a tailor made dress.
Dealing both with adults and with minors, I use Ericksonian hypnosis in many fields and I could observe its extraordinary potential that, even now, keeps surprising me day by day.
